Whether you're looking for a hiking partner, looking to chat with wellness professionals like yourself, or wanting to improve your fitness, we look forward to seeing you out there. Please join us on Saturday 12/14 at 9am, at the Los Robles Trailhead parking lot, at the end of Moorpark Rd. Bring water, snacks or whatever else you need. Men, women, and babies in carriers are welcome. We'll see ya out there!

You'll have an opportunity to meet CVWC members who are all wellness providers in the community. See if joining @cv_wellnesscommunity as a fellow wellness professional is right for you, learn about great resources in the community for yourself and your family, or simply just enjoy the company of others as you get a little exercise! Though CVWC members are all women (for now!), we invite people of all race, ethnicity, culture, sexuality and gender identity. Babies in carriers are welcome too! Wellness is for everyone ❤️ It's truly my favorite hike! Meet us at the Los Robles Trailhead parking lot at the end of Moorpark Rd, past the Los Robles Golf Course, on Sunday at 8am. Bring water, snacks & sunscreen, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The hike may take anywhere from about 60-90 minutes. Check out the link in my bio for more info on the trail!

When your period starts, you receive a BFN after the TWW, when you get an invite for another baby shower, how are you taking care of yourself? Do you need alone time? A friend to listen?
